Web Site - Back Up -- static content only

The WSC site is back up.

We experienced a database failure that we will need to look at in the morning. At this time, the site is serving static content only. Search and other dynamic content will not work as expected.

Any updates will continue to be published via this blog, rather than in the places where you have normally looked.

Where possible information from press releases has been included in this blog, but some postings that would normally go to the site are currently not possible.

Rest assured that we'll be working on this in the morning.
